PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The system takes gravel, sand, cement, water, and additives, which are necessary for ready-mix concrete, from specially designed stock hoppers. These raw materials are taken in predetermined and computer-programmed proportions and mixed in the mixer to produce ready-mix concrete. The mixing capacity of the mixer is 120 m3 per hour. By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 135 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.
Our customer, located in the Erbil region of Iraq, was searching for concrete batching plants on various websites to use in their major construction projects. Upon contacting them in their native language and responding promptly, our customer visited our office three days later.
At the factory, our customer thoroughly examined the “Italian Twinshaft Mixer” for which we provide a 1-year wear plate guarantee. Together with our experienced sales team, an agreement was reached regarding the Promix 120.TW, which is designed to meet the requirements of large construction projects and has a production capacity of 120 m3 of concrete per hour.
Our engineering team and field team have completed the project design and infrastructure preparation for this large facility. Our experienced manufacturing team successfully completed the production in 4 weeks. The customer, being able to monitor the concrete plant production live through our “Production Monitoring System” by using the IP address, as he did not feel the need to visit our factory again.
Thanks to the extensive network and meticulous work of our logistics support team, the shipment to Iraq was sent at a much more affordable price. Our installation team completed the installation process in 5 days of work. The operator training we provided free of charge was successfully conducted, and we encountered no issues during the test productions.
