PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The system takes gravel, sand, cement, water, and additives, which are necessary for ready-mix concrete, from specially designed stock hoppers. These raw materials are taken in predetermined and computer-programmed proportions and mixed in the mixer to produce ready-mix concrete. The mixing capacity of the mixer is 90 m³ per hour. By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 102 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.
Our customer was researching concrete batching plants to use in new construction projects in the Kutaisi region of Georgia. After reviewing our website, they visited our office with their partners. They later visited our factory to closely examine several concrete batching plants that were in the production stage.
Our engineers provided detailed information about the “Italian Twin-shaft Mixer” to the customer who had major doubts about the mortar mixing mixer. Offering a 1-year wear plate guarantee also serves as proof of the quality of our product. We signed an agreement with the customer for the Promix 90.TW, which is designed according to their needs and can produce 90 m³ of concrete per hour.
Our expert engineering team has completed the complimentary project design and infrastructure preparation work. Meanwhile, our production team finished the manufacturing process within 4 weeks, while the customer was able to track the progress of their ordered concrete batching plant through our “Production Tracking System“.
Due to our strong business relations with Georgia, our logistics team was able to carry out the shipping process at a significantly lower price than the standard rate. Our assembly team completed the installation of the concrete batching plant in a short period of 4 days. As the test production was finalized, our free operator training was successfully conducted.
