PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The system takes gravel, sand, cement, water, and additives, which are necessary for ready-mix concrete, from specially designed stock hoppers. These raw materials are taken in predetermined and computer-programmed proportions and mixed in the mixer to produce ready-mix concrete. The mixing capacity of the mixer is 30 m³ per hour. By adding an additional intermediate storage hopper for uninterrupted raw material feeding, the capacity can be increased up to 38 m³. Our concrete plant is designed to operate continuously for 24 hours as long as an adequate supply of raw materials is available.
Our customer, located in the heart of Africa in Senegal, specifically in Dakar, was in search of a concrete batching plant for their projects. After conducting online research, they reached out to us through our website and we had a preliminary discussion in their preferred language. The customer visited our factory to see our production firsthand within a short period of time.
With the collaboration between our experienced sales team and the customer, an agreement was signed for a concrete batching plant with a production capacity of 30 m³ per hour. Following the signed agreement, our team of expert engineers started working on the preparation of the products and the necessary infrastructure project.
After receiving approval from our customer for the prepared projects, our production team completed the manufacturing of the concrete batching plant in approximately 3 weeks. Through the “Production Tracking System” our customer had the opportunity to track every stage of the manufacturing process of their own concrete batching plant.
Thanks to the logistic support we provided, the transportation cost to Senegal was significantly reduced, and our experienced installation team completed the installation process within 4 days. Test productions and operator training for the installed concrete batching plant were successfully conducted.
